(1) If a person elected to the position of a member is found by the court to be ineligible according to section 13, he shall be released from such position.
(2) According to sub-section (1), the Commission shall inform the concerned person about the vacancy (3) Provisions relating to the filing of a complaint in court regarding the disqualification of a person elected to the position of a member shall be as prescribed.
